What Magnesium Supplements Do I Recommend?
I’m a big fan of magnesium, and I’ve spent a good deal of time learning about it. I don’t take a lot of supplements, but magnesium is something I supplement with pretty regularly.
I have a few favorite magnesium supplements based on my searches for quality products. Below are three of the magnesium supplements I recommend most often.

How does each magnesium work for you? Is there certain time of the day you take depending which kind of magnesium your body needs?
Sorry I’m so late responding. My favorite of the magnesiums to use is the Eidon Liquid Magnesium. It’s so easy to add it to water. I usually use it before or after a workout in the morning, but sometimes I’ll do it again in the evening. As far as being able to feel a significant difference from any of them, I’m not sure I can tell. That being said, when I use magnesium consistently I don’t seem to get leg cramps, and I think it helps with overall hydration. Something I’m doing more recently is adding both potassium and magnesium with a little sea salt or Himalayan salt to filtered or even bubbly water after working out. This makes for a great home made electrolyte drink.
