The 2 Best Value Quality Protein Powders | A Vegan and an Omnivore Option

In this case, when I refer to the best protein powders it’s all about the value you get for the cost.

The reason I say these protein powders are essentially the same is because one is certified organic and the non organic one comes from cows that are fed grass that appears to be of the same quality, but from pasture that is not certified organic.
Both of these Whey Protein powders come from cows fed specifically in open pastures on wild grasses and clover year round.

It’s an amazing value, and it’s pretty high in Iron at about 30% of the RDA per serving for starters.
It contains 15 Grams of protein per serving and there are 34 servings per container.
Pea Protein Powder is know to be one of the most bioavailable plant protein powders.
As far as taste is concerned, pea protein powder isn’t the best, but adding a little organic cane sugar or organic stevia makes it much better.
Blending The Best Value Omnivore and Vegan Protein Powders For The Most Benefit and The Best Taste
I’ve come up with a simple recipe to make the most of these 2 protein powders. You’ll get some iron and calcium from the pea protein and more calcium from the whey protein; Of course there are other nutrients in both of the protein powders as well.
Here’s My Simple Protein Powder Recipe:
*12 Ounces of Filtered Water
*2 Scoops of Organic Now Pea Protein Powder
*3 Tablespoons of Organic Grass Fed Whey or Regular Grass Fed Whey
*1 Tablespoon Of Organic Cane Sugar or 1/4 Teaspoon of Organic Stevia
I recommend adding a small amount of water at first to mix it into a paste, then adding the rest of the water; This makes the mix a little smoother.
The blend above will give you about 2750 mg of Leucine. The amino acid Leucine is known for stimulating muscle protein synthesis.
Consuming 2500 milligrams or more at a time of Leucine is known to have a satiating effect, and also for optimizing muscle protein synthesis.
