“These taste great. You don’t need to have water nearby to take them, they don’t get moldy like other real food vitamins, and they are easy on my stomach. I take them with food of course, as is recommended for vitamins in general. I like that they have all the recommended allowances for daily value. I am vegan and have tried other vegan vitamins and many others upset my stomach or gave me awful burping. Best of all these do not consist of mushroom ingredients (which I am allergic to) according to the label. Noticed a definite increase in energy level after having been off all vitamins for 3 weeks because I could not find a suitable brand.”

“I bought these vitamins for my teen, and tried it myself. The product does have good reviews and the brand has a good reputation. I usually do not take gummy vitamins and this will still be the case for me. Both my daught and I do not like the taste. It has a strong vitamin taste. But it also indicates it does have vitamins. My daughter will continue to take these with her meal until the bottle is finished and we will review if we will continue to purchase. Taking them with food is a must however, the comments of some reviews mentioning that they are taste is not the case for us. Hope this helps.”
