I Ate Only Eggs For 2 Days

Here’s What Happened When I Ate Eggs Exclusively For 2 Days

Starting Weight 69.2 Kilograms or 152.6 Pounds

Starting today I’m going to be eating eggs exclusively for 2 days. If you’ve been following this channel you are probably aware that this is the 7th 2-day challenge of eating 1 food exclusively.

If you’re not familiar with what I’m doing I recommend you watch the 1st video in this series called “Fasting On Ginger Tea And Water Only”.

The basic idea is to see how single foods affect the mind and body; Also to see how sustaining they are and if they can be a staple food item.

I”m going to have to eat at least 30 eggs to get anywhere close to my daily calorie needs and that’s a lot of eggs.

The 1st Egg Meal

So I just finished the 1st egg meal and it was good. I enjoyed eating 10 eggs and they went down pretty quickly. I cooked them very gently so the yolks remained mostly raw; There’s a lot of nutrition in the yolks and the less cooked they are the better they are for you.

I’m expecting to eat some of the eggs raw, and I know that’s not recommended because of possible Salmonella infection.

I am taking precautions against Salmonella; 1st of all I’m eating eggs from small family farms where the possibility of Salmonella infection is less likely. In addition, I’m going to blanch the eggs in boiling water for several seconds to kill any bacteria on the outside of the eggshells where it normally exists.

Keep in mind what I’m doing to protect against Salmonella is no guarantee and I’m not recommending you try raw eggs specifically. I’m doing this because I have eaten raw eggs and I like the way they affect me normally; I also want to eat the eggs in different ways to see how each affects me.

The Raw Eggs

I did eat raw eggs and about 3 hours later everything moved out of my body. I did have concern that I may have been infected with Salmonella because my stomach felt a little strange. I didn’t feel sick, but not quite as good as I normally feel.

I ate hard-boiled eggs later that evening and I didn’t enjoy them at all. I think I was just too full of eggs.

I ended up eating a total of 24 eggs the 1st day which put me at about 1637 calories, making me about 700 calories short of what I need to maintain my body weight.

Day 2 Eggs Only Starting Weight68.6 Kilograms or 151.2 Pounds

It’s day 2 of eating only eggs and I’m not very inspired to eat any. I have 6 hardboiled eggs I prepared last night so I’m going to eat them even though I’m not inspired to.

The hard-boiled eggs were not pleasurable to eat but I did manage to get 5 of them in me, so I’ll eat the last one later.

Egg Dinner Day 2

I ended up scrambling 9 more eggs for a total of 10 eggs for dinner including the leftover hard-boiled egg.

I was very hungry but it was still hard to get through 10 more eggs. Thankfully the scrambled eggs were much more enjoyable to eat, so it made it a little easier to finish them.

I could only eat a total of 15 eggs today so that’s only 1023 calories. As hungry as I am, I still can’t imagine eating another egg today.

Concluding The 2 Day Egg Fast

To sum the egg-only eating experience up, I have to say it was one of the most difficult of the 2-day challenges so far. I do appreciate eggs and will eat them again, but I think they are best in small amounts for the most part.

I also think eggs taste much better with a little salt butter and milk. Eggs are very nutritious and they do taste good with many things, but plain eggs for 2 days is not my idea of fun.

I do feel my brain was sharp during the egg-eating challenge, so that’s good.

If I had to say my favorite foods during the challenge I’d say for taste and a general good feeling, watermelon and grapes were the best. For feeling nourished and strong and getting enough calories, I’d say the Beef and Milk were the best.

What do you think about these challenges? Have you been following them? Did they give you any insight? Please feel free to comment and share this experience with others if you enjoyed watching me go through this.

As for tomorrow, I’m excited that I’ll be eating whatever I want. Tomorrow’s foods will be foods I consider health-promoting, but they will definitely be more than 1 food.

Fasting On Milk Only For 2 Days

I Drank Only Milk For 2 Days And Ate Nothing!

Starting Weight 68.95 Calories or 151.2 Pounds

Today I’ve started a 2-day challenge that involves drinking only milk and not eating anything else. You could call it a milk fast.

If you want to get the full context of why I’m doing this you should start with the 1st video in this series called “Fasting On Ginger Tea And Water Only”.

This is the 11th day of back-to-back 2-day single food eating challenges. The basic idea is to see how the body and mind perform eating single foods exclusively for 2 days.

I’m down about 9 pounds from the starting weight of these 2-day challenges and that’s largely because it’s been difficult on several of the foods to eat enough calories.

I”m expecting to be able to meet my calorie needs drinking milk though because I like it a lot and I think it’s going to be easier to get more calories in with it.

The 1st Drink Of Milk

The 1st drink of milk was great. I drank 600 calories in 1 quart of milk starting off and I’m expecting to drink a whole gallon. I do love the taste of whole milk but I’m guessing I won’t be as excited about drinking milk exclusively by the end of tomorrow.

I managed to drink a whole gallon of milk today and I’m feeling very full of milk but I do feel good. I’ve noticed throughout these challenges that every food creates a different kind of feeling and it’s difficult to say which one is the best.

I do feel good on milk, but I may have even felt better on beef. Although there were some downsides to the watermelon, I did feel great a lot of the time, although a little hungry.

2nd Day Milk Only Starting Weight 69.35 Kilograms or 152.9 Pounds

It’s day 2 of drinking milk only and I’m wrapping this challenge up. I’ll reveal the next food I’m going to be eating exclusively for 2 days here shortly.

I can say that I’ve felt good on milk. I drank less milk today because I didn’t want to feel so full of it like I did yesterday, and I wanted to appreciate it deeply when I drank it.

I only got through 3 quarts or 1800 calories of milk on this 2nd day, but I did enjoy it more and I’ve felt very good. That being said, all single foods have gotten old by the end of the 2nd day and I’m ready to move on from milk as well.

I did play a game of sit-down tag with my kids tonight and they are very fast at this point. Normally when I play a game like this with them I feel worked by the time it’s over. This time I felt like I just had a good workout. I think that says something good about the body’s performance on milk.

I also slept well on milk.

The Next 2 Day Challenge Of 1 Food Only Is

Starting tomorrow I’ll be eating eggs exclusively for 2 days. I’m expecting it to be very sustaining but it might get old quick. Make sure to come back to the channel and subscribe so you don’t miss out on what’s next.

I Ate Only Beef For 2 Days

Eating Only Beef For 2 Days Was Not Quite What I Expected

Today I’m starting 2 days of eating exclusively Beef. This is my 5th back to back 2-day challenge of eating only 1 food for 2 days.

Starting Weight 69.7 Kilograms or 153.7 Pounds

I want to know for myself and give you insight into what it’s like to eat beef exclusively. Will it be the best food in the world? Will I feel Great? Will it be completely different than I expect it to be?

If you want to get the full perspective of why I’m doing this, please refer to the 1st video in this series called “Fasting On Ginger Tea And Water Only

I’m going into this challenge very hungry as I’ve only eaten about 3 days’ worth of my total calorie needs in the last 8 days. I’m thinking beef is going to be one of the more nourishing foods and my body is going to thank me.

In addition, eating beef breaks my 8 days of vegan food challenges and that’s exciting because I generally like eating animal foods these days.

So I’ve had my 1st meal of beef and although it was very plain without salt or seasoning it did taste pretty good. I boiled the beef so it would be as health-promoting as beef can be.

Although I liked it, it started to get very rich after eating about 1/2 pound so I had to stop so I wouldn’t feel bad.

After having eaten it, I noticed my body got very relaxed and I also felt a little sleepy. I was wondering if the sleepy feeling had anything to do with my body getting real nourishment from the beef that I wasn’t getting enough of from the foods in the challenges of the previous 8 days.

My thinking was that my body might not have been able to relax enough, even when I was sleeping, while I was doing the single plant food back-to-back challenges because they weren’t nutrient-rich enough for my body to fully relax.

I wondered if the relaxing sleepy feeling might be a result of my body trying to heal, but I’ll probably know better after getting a good sleep tonight and eating beef again tomorrow.

Part 2 – Beef Is Not What I Thought It Was!

I had my 2nd meal of beef which was part of what was leftover from the 1st. I had put it in the refrigerator and decided to eat it cold.

I was surprised at how unenjoyable it was to eat ground beef cold. It didn’t taste good, but when I ate the fat on the plate with the ground beef it tasted pretty bad; Kind of bitter and weird, but I still imagine it must be nourishing.

I have generally felt good today, but the experience of eating this beef cold and having it be so unpleasant made me question my thoughts that tell me beef is one of the most health producing foods. I suppose it could be, even though it was so strange to eat this way, but this experience of eating Beef is so much different than I expected it to be at this point.

I came into this experience feeling hungry and that the beef was going to be the best thing I’d eaten in these challenges up to this point, but it turns out that in certain ways, it’s the worst so far.

I’m going to have to see how the rest of today and tomorrow go to get the full picture, but I’m a little surprised that I’m not loving this a lot right now.

Beef For Dinner

I just ate more beef for Dinner and it was a lot more pleasurable to eat than any other time today. It was 5% leaner, so that might be part of the reason why. It was also warm instead of cold, so that helped.

I feel just okay, but not great. My body feels strong, but I feel more tired than usual and my eyes are a little heavy. I also feel like my body will take a while to digest which doesn’t feel great.

I’m not used to eating this much beef at a time. I used to eat about a pound 1 time per day but then I switched to about 1/2 pound; I think my body is just not used to this amount.

Tomorrow will be my 1st workout on beef only so it’ll be interesting to see how I do. Another thing that’s a little different is that I’m on zero carbs today because of eating only meat. That’s not something I experience a lot so let’s see how it plays out.

Another observation is that my nose is producing a lot of mucus which I’m not used to. I’m not saying I never have mucus, but I haven’t had much for the last week with the other foods, and I rarely produce as much as I am right now.

Eating Beef Only Day 2 Starting Weight 68.95 Kilograms or 152 Pounds

The 2nd day of eating beef was good. The beef tasted good to me and I felt good all day long. I can say it got a little bit boring to eat towards the end of the 2nd day but I never felt like I was anxious to get started with the next 2-day challenge, so I could eat another food.

I unexpectedly went to the sauna today with Csilla of YouTube Channel BestBabe007 and I sweated a lot. That being said, I decided it would be a good idea to have a little Himalayan Salt in water; I had a 1/4 teaspoon. I didn’t intend to have salt during this time, but after reading and learning a lot about Hyponatremia I thought it would be smart to have a little more salt since I have had so little sodium over the last 10 days.

This morning I had a spiritual experience. It involved feeling joyful and thankful to God for all that I have. I felt so good and I feel like God showed me how to get out of my mind and into my body; How to connect to my heart instead of my brain.

I know that might sound a little WooWoo but I believe it’s something so transformational that I imagine it will have profound effects on the rest of my life. Maybe I’ll make a video about exactly this experience to get into this.

Summing things up, I can say of all of the 2-day challenges so far, I felt the best on Beef and the Watermelon was the most satisfying to eat.

From here I’ll go directly into my next 2-day challenge of eating 1 food exclusively and that next food is a drink. I’m going to be drinking only milk and eating nothing for the next 2 days. I have to say, I’m very excited because I love Milk.

I Ate Only Watermelon For 2 Days

What Happens When You Eat Only Watermelon For 2 Days?

Here’s my experience of eating watermelon exclusively for 2 whole days.

Starting Weight 69.3 Kilograms or 152.8 Pounds

I’m eating watermelon exclusively for 2 days to see what it’s like to live on the essence of watermelon and also see how good it is as a staple food.

This is a part of a series where I eat 1 food for 2 days and without a break, I go into another food for 2 days.

If you want to get the full context of what I’m doing I recommend you start with the 1st video “Fasting On Ginger Tea And Water Only“.

I want you to keep in mind that I’m having only watermelon and water without any other ingredient; Not even salt, and there’s more to say about that in a minute.

The only exceptions are that I’m allowing myself ginger or rooibos teas if I feel like having them.

This video will follow me through the next 2 days of eating only watermelon so you can see exactly how it affects me. At the end of the video, I’ll reveal the food I’ll be eating for the 2 days immediately following the watermelon.

Really quickly I want to talk about a condition called Hyponatremia. It’s a condition of low sodium concentration in the blood and it can be fatal.

When I originally started this challenge, I said I wouldn’t even have any salt because I wanted to see how well someone could live on exclusively the foods I was eating and how they would feel without anything else but water.

After getting through the 1st 6 days of these challenges I realized that I had virtually no sodium from food and I’d been sweating and drinking a lot of water and herbal tea.

It turns out drinking excessive amounts of water without intaking any sodium is one of the causes of hyponatremia. In addition, heavy sweating and intense exercise can even contribute to creating the condition even more.

That being said, I did a lot of research last night and I decided to have a pinch of Himalayan salt in my water to drink overnight to give myself a little more insurance because watermelon has virtually no sodium.

I don’t plan on having any more sodium directly from salt during this challenge unless I start to feel nauseous, stomach cramping, muscle cramping, disorientation, or confusion, and if I do, I’ll let you know.

The next single ingredient food I eat for 2 days following watermelon will have higher amounts of natural sodium, which I think will be a good change after going 8 days without any salt, except for the pinch that I had in my water overnight last night.

I already worked out today and I’m feeling very good and also hungry, so I’m going to take my 1st bite of watermelon right now in front of you.

I’ll update you pretty soon here.

Changes Are Occurring And I Don’t Know If They Are Good

I loved eating the watermelon. It was so tasty and it was a great change from the Almonds. I went about the day and I was feeling a little stiff in the neck and a little low on energy.

I ate some more watermelon and it did taste very good, but now my neck is feeling stiffer. I’m going to look into the possibilities of why, but I think it could be related to the lack of sodium.

In addition to my neck feeling stiff, my eyes are feeling a little heavy and my whole head feels strange. It’s hard to explain, but it doesn’t feel like it’s good, but I don’t feel horrible either.

I can say that although I enjoy the watermelon it’s going to be very difficult to maintain my daily calories because I just don’t think I can eat enough times to get that much watermelon in me.

I didn’t want to consume any more salt, but if it seems necessary after looking into the way I’m feeling a little more, I’ll do it. I’ll keep you posted on that.

I did end up using some saltwater again. I had close to a half teaspoon in water and I think the neck stiffness is subsiding a little bit. Not sure if the lack of sodium was the cause, but it seems like it could be. I’ll see how the rest of the night goes and let you know on day 2 of the watermelon fast.

It does seem difficult to eat enough calories on Watermelon. Looks like I’m finishing off the day with about 931 calories. Besides the calories being low, I did enjoy eating it this 1st day and I didn’t have any strange reaction from the watermelon after having drunk the Himalayan Salt Water.

Watermelon Only For 2 Days 2

Day 2 Weight 69.7 Kilograms or 153.7 Pounds

I’m into day 2 of eating watermelon and I wanted to give you a quick update. The neck stiffness I had is subsiding and seemed to be getting better during the night. I’m not sure if that is directly related to the Himalayan Salt Water I consumed, but things are changing for the better.

I did wake up during the night last night and I ended up meditating and massaging my neck and back of my head a little. That could have also helped.

I started off feeling great today and I had a strong workout. When I woke up, my mouth was a little dry which I think is a result of the saltwater. That being said, I think that’s a good thing because it made me crave water a little and I hadn’t been craving water at the peak of the neck stiffness.

Because I was thinking I could have some level of hyponatremia I intentionally drank less water and included the salt so my body could rebalance the salt concentration if that was what I needed. As of now, I don’t think I need to drink any more saltwater during the 2nd day of eating exclusively watermelon.

When I ate the 1st watermelon meal today I felt great eating it, but after I had a condition many people refer to melon belly. I haven’t had it in years but I used to get it when I ate large amounts of watermelon when I was vegan. The 1st serving of watermelon was less than 2 pounds but I did get the discomfort experienced from the melon belly for about 20 minutes or so, then I felt good again.

Melon belly is a feeling where your chest and shoulders feel some kind of pressure and it’s uncomfortable. Some people might experience it more than others but it seems to be common among vegans, which I’m not anymore.

I’ll wrap this up here in a little bit and let you know what I’m eating tomorrow, which I happen to be very excited about.

Good News. The bowls are moving. If you saw my video about eating only almonds for 2 days, you’d know that I had a concern about whether or not the almonds would move through me okay. I can now say they have and that concern is gone.

I can also say, eating watermelon never got old. I’m not saying it’s the ideal food, but so far it’s been the easiest to eat of all of the 2-day food challenges I’ve done so far.

In addition, other than feeling a little discomfort once after eating watermelon and feeling some head changes shortly after eating it most of the time, probably due to all of the sugars, I’ve felt the best I’ve felt so far on any of the foods I’ve done in this challenge.

In general, my body feels good, and my head feels pretty clear most of the time.

My next challenge is going to be 2 days of eating exclusively Ground Beef.  I’m very excited about this because I think it will be nourishing, but I’m learning quickly that eating 1 food exclusively has unpredictable results.

Stay tuned to see what happens with the Beef Eating Challenge.

I Ate Only Almonds For 2 Days

What Happens To The Body When You Eat Only Almonds For 2 Days

Day 1 Almonds Only Starting Weight 70.45 Kilograms or 155.3 Pounds

Today I started eating only almonds which I will continue for today and tomorrow. This is a continuation of 2 day back to back challenges of eating only one food.

The basic idea of this challenge is to see how a single food affects the body and get an idea of whether or not it could be a staple food.

If you haven’t already seen my video “Fasting On Ginger Tea and Water Only” I recommend you check it out to get the full context of this experiment.

On the 1st day of eating only almonds I managed to eat 12 ounces of almonds but it wasn’t easy. As the day went on I felt for sure that almonds are not a food a person can eat a lot of. I have some concerns about how almonds might affect me, and I’ll get to those very soon.

At the end of this challenge, I will also reveal what my next food will be for the 2 days following the almonds-only challenge.

Going into eating only almonds I was expecting it to be a great experience because I was so hungry and I was thinking it would be nourishing. My conclusion is that almonds don’t feel like a nourishing food to me so far.

I had a concern that my bowels might not move well with the almonds and I’m yet to find out if that is true, but at times they have felt like a lump in my belly.

I want to say that I do believe almonds can be very good, as they are high in vitamin E, B vitamins, and protein, but in small amounts. As the 1st day progressed into the evening I started to feel the side effects of eating almonds and those included headaches and an unsettled stomach. I also felt a little sweaty and like my body had too much of what might be considered anti-nutrients in the almonds.

By the end of my last almonds meal, I felt they tasted like cardboard and that the overall experience was not as good as eating only grapes for 2 days.

I pretty much decided it would be dangerous to eat almonds the following day and that I would fast for the whole following day so I could complete the 2 days on nothing but almonds.

Closer to bedtime, I felt much better but pretty sure I wasn’t going to eat almonds again the next day, and that I would never eat such a large quantity again. By the way, the quantity I ate was a total of 11 ounces which came out to be about 1800 calories, which is still not what I need to maintain my body weight.

During the night, I had a very spiritual experience. I had to ask God for help because I felt like the almonds were just sitting in my stomach and had fears of my body not being able to make it through the challenge.

I had to dig deep, but I found there was more in me as I prayed for guidance from God. I got out of bed and meditated and things started to change. I believed I could make it through the challenge and continue more 2 day challenges back to back but that I probably wouldn’t be able to eat any more almonds the 2nd day.

You may have seen the TV show “Survivor” I was reminded of how players were starving and without much sleep for days at a time, but they still competed in challenges and endured the conditions of the outdoors where they were playing.

I had a renewed hope and realized I would do my workout the following day, which I had been wondering if I should do or not.

In addition, I realized this experience is making me a better person because it’s showing me my body and mind can take a lot more than I thought they could. That being said, I give thanks to God, and I believe my relationship with God is what makes me who I am.

I was also concerned about not having enough sodium since I’m not using any salt for these back-to-back single food challenges, but I believe I can still go a lot further now.

Day 2 Almonds Only Starting Weight 70.95 Kilograms or 156.42 Pounds

I woke up a little tired and timid today but was ready to face my workout from the renewal experience I had during the night.

I feel it would be better for me to fast the whole day today, but I may eat some almonds today in much smaller quantities to see if they affect me differently on day 2 than day 1, if I don’t eat as much.

I worked out today and I felt strong and performed well. My body seemed to have a lot of integrity compared to what I’m used to, so it’s truly amazing what the body can endure when it’s in good condition, and of course when you can ask God for help.

I Ate More Almonds

I did eat about 2.2 ounces more of Almonds and that was enough to make mot want to eat them for the rest of the day. They tasted better than the day before because I was very hungry when I ate them, but they seemed to have the same side effects as yesterday. I had a headache and my stomach felt like the almonds weren’t moving through me very well.

I fasted as the day went on after that and I felt pretty good after my body had completely digested the almonds. I did notice the start of a little stiffness in the back of my neck.

I did a lot of online research regarding fasting and foods and discovered something called Hyponatremia. I think there is a possibility I might have some minor signs of this condition which occurs when your blood sodium levels drop; It can be fatal.

Knowing the seriousness of this condition I decided to drink water with a pinch of salt in it during the night as a little security against this condition. I’ll update you further on this in my next video which is “I Eat Only Watermelon For 2 Days”.

So now you know, I’ll be eating exclusively watermelon for 2 days and we’ll see what that’s like. You’ll want to see that video and at the end of the watermelon video, I’ll reveal what I’ll eat after 2 days of watermelon. I’m very excited about that food because I think it’s going to leave me feeling better overall.

I Eat Only Grapes For 2 Days

What Happened When I Ate Grapes Only For 2 Days?

Starting Weight 70.45 Kilograms or 155.3 Pounds

For the next 2 days starting now, I’m eating exclusively grapes. This is significant but it’s even more significant considering I haven’t eaten anything for about 60 hours and I’ve been fasting exclusively on Ginger Tea and Water.

To understand the experiment in its entirety I recommend you watch my video “Fasting On Ginger Tea And Water Only

I give you a lot of context for what I’m doing in that video and I believe what I’m doing is pretty groundbreaking.

I’m very excited to have my 1st grapes on camera here in a minute.

I have to admit fasting for 2 days on Ginger Tea and Water only was a little difficult and I woke up last night feeling like my body wanted to move, kind of like a restless leg syndrome but more in my arms. I was able to go back to sleep after about an hour and slept fine for the rest of the night, but it was an uncomfortable feeling.

So, for the next 2 days, I’ll be eating only grapes and letting my body see what that’s like and how it likes it. When I finish the grapes I won’t be going back to eating normally; I’ll continue with another food exclusively for 2 days and I’ll reveal that food at the end of this video.

I’ll be going to work out in a minute and I’ll let you know how the workout went after 2 days of only ginger tea and eating my 1st grapes here in a minute.

I’m so excited to eat the grapes so I’ll do that now in front of you so you can see my reaction.

I’ll see you after my workout.

The 1st handful of grapes were amazing. I started to feel a strange feeling in the back of my throat after that but it was still enjoyable to eat some more, but not too much.

I ate until I felt I didn’t want to eat anymore which wasn’t a whole lot.

Day 2 Grapes Only Starting Weight 70.45 Kilograms or 155.3 Pounds

As I went through the day yesterday I started to think that fruit is overrated, and I kind of think it is.

I could be wrong about fruit, but I could only eat about 1000 calories of grapes yesterday and I just didn’t want anymore. If Eli Martyr has it right, maybe it’s because my body doesn’t need more than that.

We’ll see what happens today, but starting today I feel good. I haven’t had anything but a little water so far and my body feels rested. I had about 9 hours of sleep last night.

I was thinking through the night that I might have to stop this challenge earlier than I thought because I was imagining my body getting backed up and not functioning properly from some single food. Now, I feel like I can go on but I need to look more into people that have eaten large amounts of the foods I want to try.

I craved beef more than anything yesterday, and I felt I was full of the grapes and their sugar; That feeling had me craving something savory.

All things said, I think fasting might be better for healing than eating grapes exclusively, but I do feel better overall than I did at the end of the fast. Things are starting to normalize and my body doesn’t seem to be in stress mode from not having any food.

After getting to the end of the challenge, I can say that grapes were good overall, it’s just difficult to eat enough to meet calorie needs. At times it feels like my body is full of sugar and I crave something savory.

I did feel really good when the grapes were completely digested and my mind was very clear.

Join me tomorrow when I start eating exclusively Almonds for 2 days to see how I do with that.

Fasting On Ginger Tea And Water Only

Fasting On Ginger Tea And Water Only

Starting Weight 160.39 Pounds or 72.75 Kilograms

Today I’m starting a 2 Day Ginger Tea and Water Only Fast, and I’m very excited about it because it’s part of an experiment I’m doing that could be very valuable to me and YOU!

Why? You might ask!

Let me give you a little perspective to understand where this is coming from.

There’s a guy Eli Martyr and he claims to eat mostly fruits and small portions of greens and rarely some kind of nuts.

In addition, he’s been claiming he rarely eats more than about 1200 calories and it can be less. He even said he sometimes eats only 1 or 2 cantaloupes in a day, which comes out to about 300 to 600 calories.

At 1st I didn’t believe he was doing this at all because he looks pretty fit, although a little skinny.

I listened to him the other day and he said some pretty profound things that made me wonder if there’s a possibility he is doing what he says he’s doing, and he could potentially be experiencing a pretty unique level of health compared to others.

The basic insight comes from the idea that our bodies run best when our cells are the cleanest.

In addition, he believes that fruit is the best food for having the cleanest healthiest cells and that you don’t need to have as many calories when your body’s cells are very healthy.

He suggested that a person try eating the same food for 3 days in a row to see just how much your body likes a particular food, and of course, he thinks fruits are the best.

Well, 3 days is a long time, and I think a person can learn quite a bit in 2 days; Hence, I’m starting with the 2-day ginger tea fast. The day this 2-day experiment ends I’ll start with new food, which I’ll reveal at the end of this video.

I won’t stick exclusively to plant-based foods while I’m doing this though because I believe animal foods are valuable at this point.

This is a series and I suggest you follow because I think it’s going to be very interesting what I discover and I don’t know anyone that’s done anything quite like I’m starting here with this Ginger Tea fast.

The idea for these 1st 2 days is to do everything I normally do as if I’m not fasting at all, and let the essence of my body become that of what’s in ginger tea and water; Then make the next 2 days about a new essence of a different single food, and then continue with 2-day cycles of other foods.

I believe I’ll learn how well my body tolerates individual foods this way, and we’ll see what other insights are gained from making things so simple for a while.

I’m starting healthy and well-nourished so I feel good about going 2 days fasting on water and ginger tea to start things out. As I continue with the 2-day experiment following the ginger tea, I won’t add salt or anything else to any food I eat to truly experience that food in isolation. The only exception might be drinking tea without caffeine like rooibos or ginger when I’m having the other single foods, but I’ll let you know all of the details.

Some of the Health Benefits Ginger offers are the following:

  • Reduced Inflammation

Day 2 Ginger Tea Fast:

Weight = 158.1 pounds or 71.7 kilograms

As the night went on and into today I noticed I was becoming more and more hungry to the point of feeling famished. It’s hard not to think about the next food I’m going to have exclusively for 2 days which I will reveal at the end of this video.

Being in a fasted state makes me feel very thankful for all that I have and it makes me appreciate food even more.

Though the night I felt a little weaker when I woke up to use the restroom.

On the good side, fasting is such a spiritual experience that it has the potential to be life-changing in a good way. For me, it enhances meditation and my connection to God.

At the same time that I feel very hungry, I do feel like fasting has a very healing effect on the body and that’s what I’m focusing on. I think fasting reveals your weaknesses and helps to heal them, both spiritually and physically.

Ending Weight 70.45 Kilograms or 155.3 Pounds

I Quit Caffeine For 60 Days! What Happened?

I Quit Caffeine For 60 Days!

As you may know, back on September 16th, 2020 I decided I was going to go a full 60 days without caffeine.

Today is the 60th day, and I’m here to tell you how it was, if I cheated, how I benefited or didn’t benefit, and what the experience was like overall. Basically, is quitting caffeine worth it?

Let’s get into it!

1st of all, I had told you I was going to see if I could increase our income, so did I?

The answer is, I didn’t increase our income a lot, but I did get almost all the way through a real estate course I had started, and I will probably be finished with the final section of the course this week.

So at least I have potentially opened up a new door for income.

In addition, I did meditate almost every day during the 60 days, which did seem to help me deal without the caffeine, and it probably helped me in other ways as well.

Let’s get into some of what I expected to happen as a result of quitting caffeine.

I expected to be super healthy during the time I wasn’t drinking caffeine. I thought I’d feel way better.

The truth is, I did feel more stable or grounded, overall, but I didn’t feel as good as I expected to.

That being said, I learned that as long as you’re addicted to something, it’s easy to think that addiction is the cause of most of your problems, and I don’t think that’s true anymore.

Quitting Caffeine for 60 days did help with some things though.

The 1st and most obvious 1 for me is that I slept better overall.

I also noticed I didn’t feel stress in my body as much. For example sometimes at night, my legs would feel like they needed to move when I was in bed and it made it difficult to sleep. I don’t think I had that problem at all during these last 60 days.

In addition, realizing not all my problems were related to caffeine made it easier to look deeper and see myself more honestly.

In regard to physical performance, I have improved overall in my strength and endurance. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with not having caffeine; It could be related to the fact that I’ve been training longer, but there might be a relationship between the physical improvements and not having caffeine.

So Did I Cheat?

I think I kind of did cheat during the 1st 30 days, so let me explain.

I drank hot chocolate 9 times during the 1st 30 days. Do you consider that cheating?

I had justified it, thinking it has far less caffeine than tea, but I ended up feeling guilty, and I decided the final 30 days would not include anymore Hot Chocolate.

What is interesting is, even though there is less caffeine in hot chocolate, I had withdrawals each time I had it and didn’t have it after, and it was like a roller coaster.

It made me more aware of how seriously caffeine affects me, even in small amounts.

The final 30 days were much easier than the 1st 30 without the ups and downs caused by the hot chocolate in the 1st 30 days.

I can say there are 2 sure benefits that could be worth quitting caffeine for or at least have a break from it periodically.

The 1st is having fewer ups and downs and being more steady in general. With that feeling, I realized I was looking forward to things that were generally good for me, and I wasn’t getting sidetracked by caffeine. I did more of what’s important to me.

The other is the self-confidence gained. This is kind of spiritual, but when you don’t give in to compulsions, you are forced to deal with whatever is going on with yourself at a deeper level.

That could translate into doing what’s truly important to you, or just doing what you need to do. One way or another, that builds self-confidence on a foundational level.

So what’s the verdict? Will I drink caffeine again after not having it for 60 days?

The answer is probably yes. I have enjoyed tea, and I don’t think I want to give it up completely, at least at this point.

That being said, maybe when I drink caffeinated tea again, I’ll realize I don’t want to have it as often because of how it affects me.

The bottom line is, I’m not worse off for having quit caffeine for the time I have, and I’ve moved a little closer to greater income as a result of the knowledge I’ve gained while I wasn’t drinking tea with caffeine. I’m definitely thankful for this experience.

So what about you? Do you see yourself taking a break from or quitting caffeine?

Who Is Q?

Introducing Q

Maybe you think you know about Q and maybe you’ve heard the mainstream media talking about Q recently.  Whether you care about Q or not, I’m going to share something very interesting and possibly entertaining with you.

1st, Let me give you a little background.  I 1st heard about Q from one of my cousins at least a couple of years ago.

I thought the concept of Q seemed a little interesting, but I was very skeptical about buying into any kind of information coming from an anonymous source.

I was also getting some information, that was supposedly coming from Q, and I was very skeptical about that information.

I truly had no idea about Q, and basically didn’t care because of my skepticism; I didn’t want to try and decipher the true meaning of some anonymous person’s messages.

Later, I became suspicious that Q could be a part of a CIA disinformation project and could be completely misleading people.

Enter The Present Time

I was very skeptical about the narrative behind the current virus scare and now I’m beyond skeptical.  The virus is not what this is about though, so stay with me.

I was searching for information to see the other side of the virus thing and realized it was very difficult to find information that questioned the main narrative.  As a result, I figured out new ways to search and found many others were questioning the narrative as well.  These people were being shadow banned or even having their videos deleted.

The more I searched, the more I saw Q popping up, but I didn’t want to check Q out.

One day, a documentary was shared with me called “Out Of Shadows!”  I don’t think Q was mentioned in that documentary, but I realized the subject matter was related to things I had heard from others that were getting information from Q.

Out Of Shadows led me to a video series called “Fall Cabal” or “Fall of the Cabal,” which contained similar information; Q seemed to be the source claimed by the creator of this series.

If you haven’t seen Fall Cabal, I do recommend you check it out, but you need to be aware of a couple of things 1st.

One, it’s very dark, and the subject matter is tragic.  I have fact-checked a lot of it, and some things don’t check out, so always be skeptical. That being said, I could verify that a lot of it was true and completely shocking.

Now we get to Q

I searched “who is Q” on Youtube and found a channel by a person called Austin Steinbart.  At 1st I thought Austin was doing a parody of Q; kind of making fun of Q.  I soo realized Austin Steinbart was saying he was Q, and he had a lot of information that completely checked out as true, and the information was very in-depth.

Now whether or not Austin Steinbart is Q or Baby Q, as you’ll learn, he is someone very entertaining and full of information, that will probably make you think more critically than you did before.

Have you heard of the US Space Force?  I hadn’t until watching Austin, but now I know about it.  There’s a lot more coming from Austin that is very interesting, and I highly recommend you check out every video on his channel.

Whether or not you believe him or think he’s Q, you’ll probably feel something good from watching his videos, and his videos beat most Netflix movies as far as entertainment goes.  You’ll definitely find yourself thinking about some things you haven’t thought about before.

So, Austin got me thinking more about Q and I had to find out whether or not he was truly Baby Q and if Q was legit at all.

Enter X22 Report. Thankfully another family member introduced me to Q through X22, which you can check out for yourself.

I’d say this is a pretty reliable source for anyone wanting to really understand Q and the message.

Here’s what I know about Q:

Q wants you to understand what’s going on and from a perspective of doing the research yourself.

  • Q wants to unite people in truth.
  • Q is a movement that is going to be responsible for a revolution and revelations like we’ve never seen before.
  • Q will help you to see the world more clearly.
  • Q will help you to become smarter, as you fact check Q, and see reality more clearly.

So, the bottom line is Q is helping people.  People creating content like X22 are giving people information that’s far better and more trustworthy than the mainstream media.

That being said, as Austin Steinbart has pointed out, it’s good to be aware of the Q Pharisees.  These are the people that want to be sole interpreters for Q, and they don’t want you thinking for yourself if you disagree with them.

So now you know.  Q is a movement you should be aware of at least, and you’ll probably be inspired by once you get a little taste of it.

There’s a lot more to know, but what I’ve given you here is enough to get you started.  Also, the fact that I’ve shared Austin Steinbart’s channel with you is one of the biggest Q gifts I could give.

As I said, Austin might not be Q, but it’s hard not to like him once you’ve gone through his videos.  He’s going to give you the most entertaining introduction to Q that I’ve seen.

From there the X22 report will open you up to see more truth through your own research.

I hope you’ve enjoyed what I’ve shared here today, and I highly recommend you check out those Austin Steinbart videos 1st, just because of who this guy is.

Meet Kevin And Make More Money

I Would Like You To Meet Kevin

This video about Kevin Paffrath and is the 1st of my videos about people on Youtube that I think are great.

This is Things Very Good, and of course, I like to share about good things.  I’ve known this for a long time, but I’m kind of a people person, and I’ve always enjoyed people that have good things to share.

I expect to create more videos about other people and this one is about Meet Kevin.

I like Kevin because I think he’s a generally likable person to start with.  He’s also incredibly bright.  He shares information that’s helped me, and I think you might benefit from him too.

I 1st learned about Meet Kevin from a video about how much money he makes on Youtube, called “How much Youtube Pays Me vs Graham Stephan

I’ve since learned he is a realtor and knows something about investing. More recently he’s been covering government stimulus money and I’ve benefited from watching his videos financially.

That’s why I’m sharing Kevin with you today.

Kevin is an entrepreneur and I appreciate that he provides so much value as a YouTuber without you having to invest in his courses.  Although I haven’t yet purchased a course from him, I might at some point.

I’ve went through a lot of online courses; Everything from true Junk to courses with very valuable information that have helped me to make a pretty good amount of money.

When it comes to quality Kevin’s youtube videos are better than many of the paid programs you can purchase online, and I suspect his courses provide even more value.

This is how good Kevin is. One night I was listening to Kevin talk about a US stimulus package and I had to tell my wife that Kevin is almost unreal because of how bright he is.

The way Kevin speaks, and the knowledge he presents, make it obvious that he has a high understanding of the information he shares; Even if he didn’t, his confidence would make you believe he did.

Maybe you already know about Kevin, but in case you didn’t I thought it could change your life for the better to learn about him.

You’ve probably heard that you become like the people you associate with most, and the qualities that Kevin exudes are certainly the kind I wouldn’t mind being influenced by.

In case you are wondering, I’m not getting paid by Kevin to make this video. As of the time I’m making this video, I’m pretty sure he doesn’t know who I am, but maybe this video will change that.  If you’re listening Kevin, thank you for all you’ve shared.
